  • No. You have the legal right to choose any collision repair center. We work with all insurance companies and will assist you through the claims process, and handle communications with your insurance company regarding repairs.

  • Repair time varies depending on the extent of the damage. After an initial inspection, we will provide a timeline estimate and keep you updated throughout the process.

  • We use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts whenever possible. However, if your insurance policy dictates otherwise, we’ll discuss your options with you.

  • Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on all repairs for as long as you own the vehicle. Your safety, and satisfaction is our priority.

  • Rental vehicles will need to be arranged either through your insurance, or a third-party service, as we do not arrange or cover a rental vehicle.

  • We can help arrange a tow for your vehicle. However, it will need to be paid either through your insurance, or yourself, depending on your coverage.
